Get a Job That Creates a Million More
I sat down with Dennis Yu and Jack Wendt to talk through a sentence Dennis has been saying for years. Create a million jobs for young adults. Pay back the mentors who opened rooms when he was the kid. Live a little through people like Jack and me.
That mission is his. What we get to do is run the work that makes the next young adult employable. High Rise Academy is the seat for that. The AI Builder Program is the client work. Thursday is still coaching, with real campaign data on the table.
Why the tools finally exist
Dennis goes back about thirty years to a mentor at American Airlines who opened doors for him. The gratitude never left. The missing piece was the tools. You could not run a repeatable Content Factory for a plumber or a dentist at apprentice wages until the models and the ad networks matured.
This is not an argument that college is fake. Certifications still need schools. A plumber still has to pass inspection. Marketing now has a documented recipe, and a parent who already planned to spend serious money on a kid’s future can put that money into work that shows up on a resume.
AI is what made the recipe copyable. For the first time the process can be written down, repeated, and handed to the next person, the same way a kitchen hands off a recipe. That is the opening we did not have when Dennis was our age.
What the work actually is
The clients are local service businesses. Dentists, lawyers, plumbers, roofers. The owner is on the job filming what they are fixing and why. We turn that into the digital assets that live on their socials and their site, run ads against it, and build the pieces that support SEO. The goal at the end is simple. Make the phone ring.
Young adults can do this work because we already live on the phones the clients will not touch. We already know what good content looks like. Most owners are focused on the trade. They do not want a second job learning Gemini. That gap is the job.

Train the next one
The part Dennis will not let us skip is documentation. You do the work in public. You write down what you did. You leave a trail another apprentice can follow. Every young adult trains the next one. That is how thousands of jobs become a million. It is not a slogan on a homepage.
Jack and I are in that loop with him. He poured a year into us. We pay it forward on real accounts, with the same recipe, and we bring the numbers to Thursday so nobody is guessing.
Where to start
You do not need a stranger. Start with a parent’s business or a friend’s business. Deliver results for one client before you try to scale anything. Most of the apprentices we have actually get their parents to cover the AI Builder Program, which is a pretty good deal if the alternative was four years with no direction.
If you are a young adult, this is real-world marketing, certifications, and a personal brand you build while you build theirs. If you are a parent, it is a job your kid can extract value from, not one that only extracts from them.
