Who High Rise Academy Is Not For
Dylan Haugen and I sat down to talk through who High Rise Academy is not for. The filter is simple. Can they show up and do the work.
Dylan said this program is not for people who are not into it and will not go do it. If you do not want to do the thing, it is going to be very difficult for us to work with you. You have to want it, and you have to do it.
You have to do the work
We teach MAA all the time. Metrics, analysis, action. If every week you take the same metrics and never act, you never show the client results. You are getting paid to do nothing.
Communication matters too. If you cannot communicate in a timely way, the work stalls. When you do not know how to do something, you can do it, delegate it, or delete it.
Ask if you get stuck
A lot of the work is simple enough to ask ChatGPT. If you truly get stuck, we are here to help. That is the valuable part of our AI apprentice program. Learning to reason with AI is a basic skill a lot of young adults already have. That is why this program is geared toward them.
If your child is making videos, talking to the AI, reasoning through things, and providing context, they are going to succeed.
Follow through is the filter
The number one question I would have a parent look at is whether their child can follow through. We are not in a physical office together. Assignments still have to get done when they are sick, busy, not feeling well, or on vacation, or when another project comes up. It is about an hour a day, not the same hour every day.
We are not here for babysitting. We are not here to convince anyone this is important or that they should learn these AI skills. If they have inner drive, it could be basketball, it could be an entrepreneur they admire, and they get stuff done, we will help them. The more action they take, like the weekly status report Dylan was talking about, the more feedback we can give.
We have seen 14 year olds with incredible follow through, and we have seen people triple that age who cannot get stuff done. They ask a question every time and there are excuses. Those people are not going to do well in a coaching certification program like this one.
If your son or daughter takes action, every action gives us more to analyze, more metrics, and more feedback on how the video performed, how the ad performed, and how the landing page ranks in Google. You have a checklist. Take the action. We will help along the way. That is the beauty of a coaching certification program. This is not a class your parents signed you up for where you just show up every Tuesday.
