High Rise Influence is the training, certification, consulting, and high-ticket package implementation arm behind the Local Service Spotlight ecosystem that turns home service owners into local celebrities. Led by Dennis Yu and Jack Wendt, we combine proven marketing strategies with our Your Content Factory (YCF) software and HRI Academy training program to produce and distribute authentic content across our geo‑vertical directory. Our mission is to help single‑location contractors and select multi‑location brands convert their everyday work into articles, one‑minute videos, podcasts, and other assets that generate calls, reviews, and higher rankings.
What sets us apart is our two sided network. We certify young adults through the HRI Academy to deliver productized services — Spotlight Articles, Short Form Bundles, Google Business Profile packs, and more — and match them with home service businesses who are ready to grow. Our Local Service Spotlight platform provides dashboards, a logic engine, and publishing automations that transform data like call tracking, review velocity, and rank changes into actionable tasks. Dennis Yu – Co‑founder and CTO of High Rise Influence. Dennis is a data‑driven marketer and architect of the 4‑stage Content Factory process. As the chief training and consulting officer behind Local Service Spotlight, he certifies young adults as AI apprentices, helps agencies deliver productized services, and consults with high‑performing home service businesses to achieve Knowledge Panels and local celebrity status.
Jack Wendt – Co-founder and CEO. Jack’s expertise in operations and training ensures that our young apprentices and partner agencies deliver consistent results. He manages the HRI Academy curriculum, oversees implementation of Knowledge Panel packages, and works closely with our Lighthouse partners to refine best practices.
