Why a video

The best predictor we’ve found

It isn’t about fame or followers. A one-minute video shows you’ll do something simple without excuses, step out of your comfort zone, and say what you think clearly.

That matters because more and more of your teammates will be AI agents. We talk to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok out loud and give directions like we would to a person. If you can describe the goal clearly, you’ve cleared the biggest barrier.
